1.Acceptance of general conditions of sale
1.1 The contract between Coffee & Bacon and the customer shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Coffee & Bacon. This acceptance is automatic. By placing an order in the manner provided, the customer claims to have read all information provided to him during the purchase process, and accept the terms and conditions and payment arrangements transcribed below.
1.2 The customer or consumer, once the online purchase procedure is concluded, shall print or save an electronic copy but keep these general conditions of sale, subject to the requirements of Art.3 and 4 of Decree No. 185/1999 on distance selling.
1.3 The customer is not entitled to damages or compensation, as well as any contract or tort liability for any direct or indirect personal and /or property, caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order.
2. How to buy
2.1 The customer can only purchase products in the electronic catalog of Coffee & Bacon at the time the order and viewable online at the web www.coffeeandbacon.it
2.2 The correct reception of the order is confirmed by Coffee & Bacon through a reply e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will contain date and time of execution order and a ‘Customer Order Number’, for use in any further communication with the staff of Coffee & Bacon. The message will include all data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections, as described in this document.
2.3 In case of non-acceptance, the staff at Coffee & Bacon ensure timely notification to the customer.
3.Price
All the price indicated to the end user on www.coffeeandbacon.it are intended VAT included.
4.Mode of payment
The purchase of the goods by credit card is flanked to the PayPal payment method,together with the completion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately charge the amount of your purchase.
5. Methods and delivery charges
5.1 Coffee & Bacon can only accept orders for delivery on the Italian territory and in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
5.2 Invoices will be issued only if requested at time of order indicating the number of its vat.
5.3 Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly in the execution of the order. Nothing is more due by the customer in total order shown at the end of the purchase process.
5.4 No responsibility can be attributed to Coffee & Bacon in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
5.5 Upon delivery of the goods by courier, the customer is required to check: the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (tape). Any damage must be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery. Once signed the slip, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods. Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days after delivery, as provided herein.
6. Product availability
On www.coffeeandbacon.it can be ordered only on the products available from stock physically. The integrated functionality of the availability of inventory items is accurate, however there may be little communication delays between the actual inventory in stock and reported the situation on site. Consequently, the availability of the article in some rare cases can not be guaranteed to 100%. If one or more items ordered were not immediately available for shipment, is care of our staff contact the customer.
7.Right of recess
7.1 Under Article.5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without no penalty, except as indicated in paragraph 7.3.
7.2 To exercise this right, the customer must send at Coffee & Bacon a notice to that effect within 10 working days from the date of receipt of goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to:

7.3 The right of recess is submitted to the following conditions:
- The law applies to product purchased in its entirety;
- The products must be complete and coordinated the original labels and tags;
- By law, the shipping costs for return of the asset are charged to the customer;
- The shipment until receipt at our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;
- If the goods are damaged during transport, Coffee & Bacon will notify the customer (within five days of receipt of goods in their stores), to enable a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice, and be reimbursed the value of the property (if insured), in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, canceling the request for withdrawal;
- Coffee & Bacon did not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Upon his arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damages not caused by transport.
7.4 Coffee & Bacon will refund the customer the full amount of the goods already paid (shipping costs excluded), by bank transfer, within 14 days of return of goods. The Buyer shall promptly provide to the bank on which to obtain reimbursement (account holder name, surname, IBAN).
7.5 The right of recess is lost, for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and/ or its contents), where Coffee & Bacon finds:
- the absence of product components;
- The loss of the product for reasons other than transportation;
In case of forfeiture of the right of recess, Coffee & Bacon will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.
